Planning Small Event Photography
Start with an inquiry that includes the date, venue, event length, and the moments that matter most. This gives Surin Snapshots a clear basis for reviewing access, timing, and the type of coverage your event needs.
Before booking is confirmed, the coverage plan and quote are based on schedule, venue access, and deliverables. For half-day coverage, the usual range is four to six hours, with curation and editing completed after the event.
Clear coverage plans for private, business, and community events.
A simple process helps small events stay organized and photographed without disrupting the day.
Priority moments, speaker and guest portraits, and group photographs can be planned in advance so they fit naturally into the event flow. Venue rules and access details are checked early to help the session run smoothly.
After the event, selected images are curated, edited, and delivered through a private gallery. The final selection is based on the approved scope, with duplicate, test, and technically unsuitable frames removed during curation.
